Troubleshooting

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a PDF containing a digital download menu. This menu will allow you to choose and download your preferred planner options, along with stickers and cover designs, all in one place. For step-by-step instructions on downloading and setting up, refer to the 2025 Digital Planner Setup Guide video.

To activate hyperlinks in GoodNotes, make sure you are in Read-Only mode by tapping the pen icon at the top of the navigation bar. When the nav bar turns white, you’re in Read-Only mode, which enables hyperlinks. Tap the pen icon again to switch back to Editing mode when needed.

Hyperlink issues can sometimes result from minor glitches or a temporary lag on your device. If you accidentally delete any linked pages, hyperlinks may break. If this happens, please re-download and re-import the planner file into your app. This usually resolves the issue.

Ensure that you’re importing the correct, unzipped files as provided with your purchase. Note that ZIP files need to be extracted before importing into any note-taking app. If you encounter an import error, try importing directly within the app, restarting the app, or ensuring it is updated to the latest version. How do I download my files after purchase?

After you complete your order, you can immediately download your files on the order confirmation page on Etsy. An email with a download link will also be sent to you—if it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. For further issues, feel free to contact me.

Due to the digital nature of our products, cancellations or refunds are not available. Please double-check product details and specifications before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

For iOS Devices

Our digital planners work seamlessly with Apple devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Macs (recommended for devices currently supported with software updates from Apple). Recommended apps for Apple devices:

  • GoodNotes 5 or 6 (recommended)
  • Notability

Note: Planners are best suited for iPads and other tablets. Display size may vary on Macs or iPhones but will remain fully usable.

Digital planners are compatible with Android tablets using note-taking apps such as Noteshelf or Xodo, but the experience may vary slightly based on device size and app settings. Make sure your device has the latest software updates installed for optimal performance.
